All Senior Living communities are subject to annual routine inspections by the governing state body, as well as occasional surprise inspections that are typically focused on a specific complaint or report of failed systems.
Senior Living Optimization & Consulting utilizes a combination of on site visits and remote review to:
- Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures based on state regulations and company guidelines
- Providing routine or one time record reviews and “mini-surveys” to identify struggling systems and make recommendations on corrective actions
- Assist with required “plan of correction” post survey/complaint in order to put building back into regulatory compliance
