Jennifer White is a seasoned Senior Living professional boasting over two decades of experience in the health care and senior living industries, complemented by a robust background in education. With a successful history in creating and implementing policies/procedures, SOP, AR systems, budget management, medical records, and pharmacy conversions, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in the acquisition and new build of more than 20 Senior Living Communities. Her managerial prowess extends to overseeing 2,500 beds across multiple states, showcasing a comprehensive skill set that has significantly contributed to the success of various senior living initiatives.
